Welcome to Sawagi. By entering our domain — yes, our domain — you agree to play by our rules. We own the court, we set the game, and we decide when it’s over. If that’s a problem, you’re free to hit that back button… but if you stay, you’re part of our world now.
We are Sawagi. Our word is final. No debate, no democracy, no “customer is always right” nonsense. This is our empire — you’re welcome to enjoy it, but we control the gates, the goods, and the game.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, buying our products, or even breathing in our aesthetic for too long, you agree to be bound by these Terms — no exceptions, no excuses. You don’t like them? Don’t use the site. Simple.
Products & Pricing
Our prices are set by us, not by your budget.
We may change them whenever we feel like it — no notice needed.
If we choose to discount something, it’s because we want to, not because you asked.
We don’t owe you “explanations” for why an item is out of stock, sold out, or never coming back
Orders
Placing an order does not mean you own the product. It means you have requested it, and we will decide if you are worthy of receiving it. If we cancel your order, it’s not personal — it’s just business. Or maybe it is personal. We don’t have to tell you.
Shipping
We ship when we’re ready, not when you’re impatient.
Delays? That’s life. We’re not refunding you for the universe’s timing.
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s the courier’s problem — and no, we don’t control them (yet).
Returns & Refunds
We are not a library. You don’t “borrow” our clothes and return them.
We only accept returns if we decide there’s a good reason. And “I changed my mind” is not a good reason.
Intellectual Property
Everything you see here — designs, photos, names, concepts — is ours. Copy it and we’ll come for you faster than a drop sellout. You can’t use our content without our written permission, and we’re not the sharing type.
Conduct
If you disrespect our brand, our staff, or our style, you’re out. We reserve the right to block, ban, cancel, or ignore you — permanently.
Liability
We are not responsible for:
You ordering the wrong size.
You ruining your clothes in the wash.
You failing to get noticed in our gear.
Anything else that happens once our product is in your possession.
Changes to Terms
We can change these Terms whenever we want, without asking you. It’s your job to check them. Or don’t. Either way, you’re still bound by them. You’re here because Sawagi is different — because we make pieces that speak louder than words. We create, we decide, and we deliver on our own terms. Respect that, and we’ll respect you
